| What is baloney? |
| The bot will post a question to the room. Players will then message the bot with a made up - but believable answer to the question.
The bot will then post the answers to the room while the players must actually select the correct answer.
Scores are then awarded to the players who not only guessed the correct answer - but to those who managed to bluff the other players into thinking thier answer was the correct one. |
Starting the Game.
To begin the game, a player must type !baloney start in the room (unless a game is already in progress). |
Playing the Game.
At the begining of every play, the bot will post a question to the room and each player must submit thier definition.
If a player misses submitting thier definition before the time is up, he/she will be excluded from the round and will not be able to vote and receive points. |
Submitting your answer.
Players will submit thier answers to the bot either through a whisper, or a private message. ie: /msg Baloney.
TIP: A quick method to send a whisper to the Baloney bot is to click its name in the chat window and then type your response. |

| Guidelines for Gossip Junction chat users. |
Users must not use Gossip Junction Chat to harass, threaten or attack anyone or otherwise behave in
any way that would cause annoyance or distress to other users. In particular users must not use Gossip Junction Chat for the following
purposes:
To transmit or knowingly receive content and/or language that are in any way unlawful, threatening, and offensive or in
breach of any obligations of confidence. This includes the use of swear words and the use of offensive nicknames.
To post links to web addresses, except for legitimate reference materials.
To provide instructions for illegal or otherwise harmful activities.
To transmit or knowingly receive information relating to (or include links to) pornography, pirated software and/or computer games or other counterfeit goods.
To collect and/or distribute personal data concerning other users of Gossip Junction without first obtaining their consent.
To impersonate another person (whether a friend, family member, celebrity, Gossip Junction moderator or other Gossip Junction participant).
For the purpose of commercial gain. This includes the transmission of advertisements and any other attempts to generate business from other users of Gossip Junction.
Post chain letters or pyramid schemes.
Users should not act in any way to disrupt the flow of an ongoing discussion. If a user does not wish to participate in an ongoing discussion, or wishes to discuss a non-related topic, they are requested to join another chat room.
